A principled police officer who accidentally kills Ujagar Singh's wife during an encounter, leading him to adopt the orphan Krishna. He raises Krishna alongside Gauri, but later blindly believes Chanchal's lies, resulting in Krishna's wrongful arrest. He eventually regains his trust in his son when the truth emerges.
