A broke commodities broker whose cocoa shipment is delayed by a revolution. He and Tina live in a London hotel beyond their means, eventually scheming to stage a theft of a Henry Moore sculpture for insurance money to pay their massive bill. He also sleeps with Tina's best friend Joan after an argument.
