Preacher and head of the Tildon household. Subdued during the outlaw raid. Confesses to impregnating his daughter Charlotte at age eleven, causing her permanent infertility. Ordered to be sexually assaulted by Henry but is ultimately beaten to death by Florence with a shotgun for his past crimes.
