A notorious gangster extradited to the US. He forces reporters and police escorts to help him escape. After murdering his girlfriend Mimi and her new partner, he attempts to flee the city with Cassie's help using a stretcher. He is ultimately trapped at Red's newspaper and killed by police during a gunfight.
