An English photographer living in Rhodes with her separated husband Patrick. She supports herself by selling photography books on antiquities and peasant life, but her latest book is not selling. Desperate for money to keep her house, she attempts to sell a valuable vase previously gifted to her by art historian Basil Sharp.
