Elite police marksman from Kowloon. Recruited to a special operation to dismantle an international criminal ring and recover a stolen necklace. Initially hostile toward his partner Lee Yu Ting and their superior, he later teams up with Ting to safeguard To Yu-Fung from gangsters. Suffers a gunshot wound and is shown recuperating in a hospital near the end of the story.
