A police patrolman and Nadine's friend who investigates the string of mysterious vampire killings. He pursues Johnson through Griffith Park on his motorcycle and uses his siren to exploit Johnson's sensitivity to loud noises, causing the alien to crash and die.
Sherbourne becomes Johnson's primary human adversary, chasing him through the park to stop the abduction.
