A dedicated member of Crooks Anonymous who initially disguises himself as a police officer to arrest Forsdyke. He assists in the interrogation and punishment therapy designed to break the criminal's habits. Later, he travels to the department store to assist Forsdyke but ultimately succumbs to temptation when confronted with the large sum of money, joining the impromptu heist before returning the funds.
