A man who believes women are vain and trivial. He invites French star Colette Marly to his country estate for a scientific experiment to prove his theory, posing as his estate manager Henry Dodds. He gradually falls in love with her, admits the experiment failed, and confesses his feelings after she teaches him a lesson.
