A young, cowboy-dressed punk introduced as Carl's protégé and later driver. He serves as a menacing figure pressuring Cooper for the warehouse deal. Turner ultimately carries out Carl's orders to assassinate Cooper, attacking him at his home with a gun, but is brutally beaten and strangled to death by Cooper before succumbing to his own wounds.
