The protagonist who forms a deep bond with Harrigan. After Harrigan's death, Craig uses the late man's iPhone to call for help, inadvertently causing the deaths of those who wrong him. He eventually realizes the phone's curse, throws it into a quarry, and vows to leave his pockets empty when buried.
Kenny acts as the primary antagonist, using intimidation to dominate Craig.
