An eccentric and jokey wife whose marriage is tested by a cascade of misunderstandings involving her husband and an old girlfriend. Driven by jealousy, she attempts a revenge fling, moves to Arizona for a divorce, but ultimately forgives her husband after his elaborate scheme to delay the proceedings clears his name.
