Frank's younger brother, recently returned from military service and married to Emma. Initially a businessman who sides with the board against Frank's traditional methods, he is coerced by Egan to assassinate Frank. After realizing he has been manipulated, he fulfills Frank's wish by shooting him with a shotgun.
