A bank employee and heart patient who receives a heart transplant from Aby Mathew. After surgery, he is haunted by Aby's ghost, leading to comedic situations. He eventually befriends the spirit, helps investigate Aby's murder, and gets kidnapped by the culprit to force Aby's family to sign over assets. He is ultimately saved when Aby possesses a policeman to kill the villain.
