Willoughby's daughter who arrives in Paris for a visit. Instead of the sheltered child he remembers, she is a modern, independent woman who explores Parisian culture and considers a companionate marriage with an artist. She eventually recognizes Freddie Fletcher's genuine character and chooses to return to America with him.
