Protagonist and police sub-inspector. Initially corrupt, taking bribes and abusing power. After causing the death of Dennis, he is transferred to Badiyadka. He briefly aligns with smuggler Haji but his conscience is awakened after events involving Nadia. He repents, saves Nadia from rape, falls in love with her, and ultimately kills Ummachan to end the cycle of violence.
