A young woman rescued by Inspector Vijay whom he later marries. She travels alone to Mangalpur to reunite with him but is lured into a wilderness, taken by a strange tanga, and murdered in a creepy grove, leaving her corpse mysteriously bloodless.
Vijay becomes Renu's legal husband before his official transfer.
