The primary antagonist, a corrupt figure who disguises himself as honorable. He murders Dr. Rekha to steal land, frames Vijay, and manipulates the system to secure a death sentence. He hires thugs, kills them to frame Vijay again, and is ultimately killed by Superintendent Sharada.
