An eleven-year-old boy who works alongside his father on the rain-generating machine. Seeking to assist Luis, Teo joins a gang of young spies led by the twin brothers Raiza and Baca. Through these new experiences, he begins to question his father's dangerous obsession and ultimately uncovers the hidden truth behind the machine.
