A member of the scientific expedition team. He descends into the sinkhole with Arianne to search for Terry and later joins the return trip into the tunnels. During an ambush, he attempts to throw a grenade at the creatures but is killed when one knocks the explosive from his hand, causing it to detonate.
Jaime is a core member of Arianne's scientific team who assists her during the descent.
