A stranger who arrives at the ranch and is hired after Clint vouches for him. He is actually the one who committed a crime for which Clint was imprisoned. Frank mistreats the horses, forges debts, rustles livestock, and is eventually killed by Smoky after abusing the horse. He is revealed to be Clint's brother.
