The teenage protagonist and squire on a quest to prove his worthiness for knighthood under King Arthur. Captured by the sorceress, he successfully completes a series of difficult trials to collect the Four Diamonds of Courage, Wisdom, Honesty, and Strength. His courage and success ultimately lead to the sorceress's defeat, the lifting of her curses, and his transformation into a knight who rules her former castle.
