Central protagonist and student filmmaker. He records the death of twin girls from contaminated drugs but fails to call for help, instead comforting one as she dies. He collaborates with Amy on a memorial video, develops a romantic relationship with her, and later accuses his roommate Dave of selling the drugs. Ultimately revealed to have smothered one of the girls, he leaves school and is shown taking daily medication.
