Nephew of the deceased shipping magnate. Initially appears as a suitor to Nicki Collins. Later revealed as the mastermind behind Josiah Waring's murder. He confesses to Nicki in the crime scene apartment, plotting to frame his brother Arnold and eliminate her, but is ultimately arrested by the police.
