A musically gifted poor student who becomes a successful musician inspired by his childhood friend Jaya. After their relationship sours, he is manipulated by Nisha and Sujit into mistreating Jaya, which indirectly leads to her death. Later discovers the truth and confronts the culprits before falling ill and returning to India.
