Serves as Attorney General in 1963 and learns of his own and JFK's assassination from the Time Traveler. He investigates the shattered glass, travels to Dallas to neutralize assassins, and captures Oswald. He blackmails J. Edgar Hoover to secure resignation and obtain compromising tapes. In 1964, he becomes President and seeks to uncover the Time Traveler's identity, later pardoning the younger Raymond Mead.
