A ticket scalper and drug dealer who owes money to manager Danny. Chris tricks him into swapping fake tickets and steals his moonrocks. Jay later confronts the protagonists at a concert, suffers a high kick from Chester, and is finally arrested by undercover LAPD officers while attempting to deal at the supermarket.
