Brooding gang leader and supervisor who is also a poet. He recruits the cyclo driver, exerts influence over the driver's older sister, and assigns him a murder job. After killing a client who abuses the sister, the Poet commits suicide by arson on New Year’s Eve.
Cyclo is coerced into the Poet's criminal syndicate after his cyclo is stolen and he cannot pay the debt.
The Poet develops romantic feelings for Cyclo's sister while simultaneously exploiting her into prostitution.
