A mysterious man with a briefcase of stocks and bonds who is kidnapped by Treat but quickly takes control of the situation. He assimilates into the brothers' lives, reforming Treat into a gentleman and helping Philip overcome his severe agoraphobia. He ultimately dies from fatal wounds on the couch with Philip by his side.
