A notorious outlaw responsible for murdering the previous publisher of the Osage newspaper. Upon arriving in the boomtown, Yancey confronts and kills Les Yountis, clearing the way for Yancey to establish the Oklahoma Wigwam and bring order to the frontier settlement.
