A police officer haunted by guilt over an accidental killing. He arrests bomb expert Mak Kwan, vows revenge after a subordinate's death, and leads a high-alert operation. He confronts Mak at the Jockey Club and ultimately shoots Mak's accomplice Lai-hung during their final shootout.
