A veteran paratrooper returning to South London. Recruited for undercover surveillance on terrorist cells, he uncovers a government conspiracy to stage attacks for the GOD policy. He fights the local gang, accidentally kills an innocent, and is ultimately shot dead by a former gang recruit he tried to save.
