A politician imprisoned for a fraudulent bridge contract. He commissions Farfallon to hide a money-filled cartridge case. Later assists Farfallon in finding a secret escape route, joins him in the breakout, and is subsequently imprisoned in an agricultural colony. They share a life sentence together.
