A local plumber who poses as a paraplegic and later an architect to woo Natasha. He uses fabricated newspaper articles to eliminate romantic rivals. After being exposed and confronting Rocky and Tommy, he temporarily allies with them to rescue Natasha from the villains, though his past scams are eventually revealed.
