Frog's twin brother and current head of the drug operation. He executes Swin and interrogates Kyle before Kyle blinds him. Defying Frog's advice to stand down, Thomas liquidates their shared accounts, euthanizes his blinded brother, and pursues Kyle to Arkansas, where he is ultimately killed.
