Mueller's assistant who helps remove the crash victim's brain. After plasma stimulation, his brain is hijacked by the deceased William H. Donovan. Under Donovan's telepathic control, he withdraws hidden money, seeks to free convict Roger Collins, and attempts to murder witness Mary Lou. He regains consciousness after the brain is sedated, discovers Collins is Donovan's innocent son, and helps free him before serving a short prison sentence.
