A loyal but impulsive underling of Lui. He participates in gang violence and captures Joe to settle a debt. Despite agreeing to quit the triads, his greed drives him to deliberately crash Joe's car during the final race. He later attempts to murder Joe, shoots him, and forces a police shootout before being saved by Lui.
