A deposed island nation dictator who seeks refuge in Tatiana's garage. He integrates into their household, assists with chores, and secretly organizes loyalist forces. He mentors Tatiana, training her to assert dominance over her school bullies using his dictatorial tactics. Eventually, he is arrested by police after Tatiana reveals his identity.
