Elmer Kane's hometown sweetheart. Her letters to Elmer are intercepted by team management to prevent him from quitting. Upon visiting the team, she witnesses an innocent but compromising scene between Elmer and another woman, leading her to temporarily reject him. They later reconcile before the final game.
