Presents herself as a job applicant but is actually the escaped serial killer Charlotte Gibbons (the Boggy Bay Tooth Fairy). She murders children, collects their teeth, and is responsible for the death of the real Sam. She ultimately inherits Montgomery's cursed role.
Montgomery guides Sam through the mortuary's history, unknowingly preparing her to replace him as the cursed keeper.
