A wealthy real estate tycoon and mayoral candidate who is also Charlie's estranged father. He initially hires Walker to locate his son but is later kidnapped by Mother. He ultimately sacrifices his life by shielding Charlie from a bullet, dying in his son's arms.
Walker is financially and operationally bound to Lawrence, who uses him as a private investigator.
