Cheol-ho's younger brother and a Korean War veteran. He struggles with post-war trauma and societal judgment, turning down a film role out of dignity before regretting it. He falls in love with a nurse, later robs a bank using her gun, gets arrested, and leaves his family's care in his final message to his brother.
