The son of Blacky and Vera, born in the underground cellar after Vera dies in childbirth. He grows up underground, marries Jelena, and emerges with his father in the 1960s. During a manhunt above ground, he drowns. His image later appears to his father in a well, and he is symbolically reunited with the group in the final dream sequence.
