A perverted tabloid boss who suppresses Kevin's serious journalism ambitions. He later trades Blankman's romantic interest to the antagonist for an exclusive interview. Captured and left to drown alongside Kimberly, he is rescued by a robot but deliberately abandoned by the hero duo as a running gag.
