A recently released criminal and former associate of undercover officer Tango Butler. He becomes the target of a police sting operation orchestrated by Federal Agent Smith, which requires Tango to betray him. Despite Tango's warning to abort a planned drug transaction, Caz is ambushed and shot by a gangster named Red.
