A police inspector who frames Tiger for his crimes and steals money from Bhaktawar's safe. He bombs a train to eliminate witnesses and lives in luxury off the stolen funds. Years later, he manipulates Bhaktawar into seeking revenge, but both are ultimately killed when Bhaktawar ties them together to a bomb.
