An office worker who takes the fall for his boss's wife, Sylvia, claiming he witnessed a violent attack outside his apartment. After the attacker, Carl, is acquitted due to Terry's poor eyesight, Terry tries to warn Sylvia but fails. He then allies with the victim, Denise, to devise a trap that successfully leads to Carl's arrest.
