A former military and commercial pilot who joins the Secret Service to infiltrate an illegal immigration smuggling ring. He goes undercover, secures a job at the Los Angeles Air Taxi Company, takes over smuggling flights, and ultimately exposes the operation by tricking the ringleader into crossing the border, leading to an air battle and the arrest of the criminals.
