An online artist who created the cursed video. Motivated by revenge against humanity for past persecution, he kidnapped long-haired women and threw them into a well to resurrect Sadako Yamamura. When physical resurrection failed, he engineered the video to find a perfect host, ultimately leading to his own downfall and the ghost's emergence.
