A mischievous school rascal who leads his classmates in plotting pranks against their new teacher. He accidentally reveals their plans to Mildred and orchestrates a rocketship car stunt. After mistakenly attacking a student he thinks is harming Mildred, he hides in shame but is eventually forgiven and comforted by her.
